New Barrel Room

Update: We broke ground on a major enhancement that includes a barrel room and more crush pad near the pond.

We broke ground in the first week of March. We’re improving our wine making facilities with things like an enclosed crush pad (no more working in the rain), a new wine making lab, and additional climate-controlled spaces for fermentation, storage, and barrel aging. We’re looking forward touring the new space when it’s finished, and we'll have an open house celebration (as well as a special party for the wine club) to kick off the grand opening.
