Eighteen

The most recent addition to our wine program! A primary blend of Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, Eighteen is a wine makers blend chosen from the eighteen different lots of our red grapes. 

Chardonnay

A classic barrel fermented and aged Chardonnay. This wine aged for 10 months in French oak barrels, while undergoing a malolactic fermentation with regular stirrling of the fermentation lees, to develop richness and depth.

Crisp, fruit forward, and naturally off-dry. This wine is our favorite VX2 that has been carbonated! Perfect for your spring and summer evenings on the deck. Try it with your favorite curry Thai dish.
