Solera
- A non-vintage and non-fortified blend of Vidal Blanc made in the style of Oloroso Sherry from Spain. Dark golden in color and very aromatic, almost like perfume. Aromas of nuts and citrus fruits precede a lush and sweet texture in the mouth. The finish seems to go on forever, and this is also how long this wine will age. 15% alcohol and 8% residual sugar.
2009 Noblesse Rouge
- Our first release of this label since 2005. This is an easy drinking Bordeaux style blend. Lots of black fruit aromas followed by subtle spice, oak, and vanilla. This is repeated on the palate and accompanied by a soft and supple texture. Mostly Cabernet Franc and blended with Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. Pouring nice now and will age well through 2015.
