1st Course: - Chardonnay, 2010 - Seared Sea Scallops on a bed of sautéed Spinach with Sundried Tomatoes
2nd Course: – Noblesse Rouge, 2010 - Creamy Tomato Basil Soup
3rd Course: - Viognier, 2011 - Pear Salad with Ribbons of Gruyere Cheese, Fresh Baby Greens, Candied Almonds, & Pomegranate Molasses finished with Local Apple Cider Vinaigrette
4th Course: – Cabernet Franc, Reserve, 2010 - Grilled Beef Tenderloin topped with sautéed Mushrooms, Roasted Asparagus, & Garlic Basil Whipped Potatoes
5th Course: – Port, 2008 - Truffle Chocolate Cake with Raspberry Sauce

The fine print: The is a private, intimate dinner with 5 amazing courses paired with Rappahannock Cellars’ wines. This “Vintner’s Dinner” is on February 25th. The winery will close as usual at 6pm, then re-open for your prompt arrival at 7pm. The event will conclude by 11pm. This dinner is by reservation only, and is priced at $79 (+ tax & 18% gratuity) per person (does not include lodging or transportation.) The credit card we have in your file will be charged for all members of your group on February 22nd – cancellations made after the 22nd will receive a 50% refund.
